What must I provide to credit balancing services?
If your debt situation is putting you under pressure, we’d like to lighten that load as soon as possible. While we prefer face-to-face interaction, we’re aware that this is not always possible or convenient, so we’re well-equipped to work remotely.
We’re happy to provide obligation-free assessments and proposed solutions for the debt problems you’re facing. You can e-mail us (to info@crbase.co.za) a copy of your latest payslip. We’ll reply with a “Budget” spreadsheet, so that you can tell us what you need for your monthly living expenses (incl. food & groceries, transport, electricity, armed response, school fees, clothing, cell-phone airtime, insurances, club fees, medical expenses, etc.), and give us a summary of your outstanding debts. With that information, we’ll conduct an assessment and revert to you with a plan to resolve your debt situation.
If you’d prefer a face-to-face meeting, we’ll arrange a convenient time. It’s best to make sure that you have about two hours available, to allow sufficient time to thoroughly review your situation. For this review, we ask clients to bring:
- Proof of ID : If we’re meeting at our offices, just bring your ID book(s) with you, and we’ll make a copy.
- Proof of income : If permanently employed, your latest payslip OR If self-employed, a 6-month bank statement and history of transactions
- 3-month bank statement
- Latest correspondence (statements OR letters of demand OR legal correspondence) from your creditors.
In our meeting, we’ll ensure that we make adequate provision for your monthly living expenses, and propose a solution that will ease your stress and put you on the road to a debt-free future. If you DO come and meet with us, there is NO obligation attached to that meeting. If you feel that our advice doesn’t meet your needs, we won’t put any pressure on you to commit to anything.
